OUR RETURNS POLICY:
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you are entitled to return it for a refund of the cost, excluding postage, within 7 days of receipt. Please obtain a proof of posting in this instance. Any refund will only be paid after we have received the goods back, in the condition in which you received them.
WE ARE NOT ABLE TO OFFER REFUNDS AFTER LONGER PERIODS THAN 7 DAYS. Therefore it is very important that you check the item is acceptable immediately you receive it, especially in the case of previously used, vintage items.
CUT LENGTHS OF FABRIC ARE NON RETURNABLE.
PLEASE NOTE: if an item is returned, postage charges are non-refundable. (The postage costs will also be deducted from any refund on items where delivery was included in the original price.)
PLEASE ALLOW 21 DAYS FOR DELIVERY
Although most items will be sent out within a couple of days of us receiving the order (except during holidays), we ask that you allow 15 days before notifying us if a parcel has not arrived. We will then put in a claim with the post office. You will receive a refund or replacement for missing items but a reasonable amount of time must be allowed for the item to arrive before hand.
Postage charges are calculated on the basis of weight & also include a small amount for packaging & VAT. The amount will be added at the end of your order so you can see the postal charge before you commit to buy.
Some items have delivery included in the price (this will be mentioned in the description).
We use standard Royal Mail postal services such as 1st class or parcel post. If you require a guarranteed, next-day service, this can be arranged for an additional cost. Please contact us to discuss the options & request a quote.
INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE/SHIPPING QUOTES including Republic of Ireland charged by weight~ please email us if you would like a quote for sending specific items before ordering, not forgetting to tell us where to.
CREDIT or DEBIT CARDS~
use the site ordering process & secure server, or telephone your order & details during office hours.
(Please be assured that we dispose of all card records very carefully for security purposes.)
CHEQUES (UK only)~
use the site ordering process & then send your cheque within 5 working days.
We will hold the item for up to 5 working days to allow the cheque to arrive, before releasing the item for sale again.
We will combine items for postage but there is a time limit of 10 days on storing paid items before despatch.
Most of our fabrics etc are kept in stock & can be sent out within a day or two but, in the event that we are in the process of waiting for a re-order or a new print run, please allow up to 21 days for delivery.
In this event, we will inform you of the anticipated dispatch date after we receive your order.
We store and process customer data in accordance with the current legal requirements of the data protection laws.
We promise never to disclose your personal details to third parties.
You are entitled to amend or delete your stored data.
